As well as training during club sessions we also offer private bookings for groups

This is great for people who wish to hone their skills, improve their fitness or take advantage of the other benefits boxing brings in a more focused setting.

One on One Personal Training (or for two or three people to share) is priced as a fixed fee (See Private Personal Training), while Private Group bookings are available for groups of four or more people. These groups can be tailored for boxing, fitness, confidence, positivity, mentoring, team building and recreation.

We run training sessions for schools, universities, colleges, businesses, clubs, sports teams, NHS, emergency services, mental health and disability departments, alcohol and drug rehab, weight loss clubs, and the general public – just about any group of four or more people can book using our special group coaching rates. Sessions either take place at one of our gyms or we can visit you, bringing with us all the equipment needed.
